Is Tolterodine ER Used in Children?

Tolterodine ER is not approved for use in children. In studies, treating children with tolterodine ER increased the risk of aggression, hyperactivity, or abnormal behavior. Talk to your healthcare provider about the benefits and risks of using the drug in children.
 

Is Tolterodine ER Used for Off-Label Reasons?

On occasion, your healthcare provider may recommend tolterodine ER for treating something other than an overactive bladder. At this time, there are no universally accepted off-label tolterodine ER uses.
