Drug Interactions With Tolterodine ER

Acetylcholinesterase inhibitors, QT-prolonging medications, and certain antibiotics or antifungals may potentially cause drug interactions with tolterodine ER. These interactions can increase your risk of developing side effects and may decrease the effectiveness of the medicines. You can reduce your risk for drug interactions with tolterodine ER by telling your healthcare provider about all other medications you are taking, including non-prescription medications.
