SorineSorine is a medication licensed to treat various irregular heart rhythms. It is available by prescription and comes in the form of a tablet that is typically taken one to three times a day. The medication belongs to two different drug classes; it is a beta blocker and a Class III antiarrhythmic medication. Potential side effects include fatigue, dizziness, and shortness of breath.
