Drug Interactions With Solifenacin SuccinateMedicines that may cause drug interactions with solifenacin succinate include pramlintide, protease inhibitors, anticholinergic drugs, and certain antifungals or antibiotics. These interactions can increase the level of solifenacin succinate in your blood, reduce the medications' effectiveness, and increase your risk for side effects. To help prevent drug interactions with solifenacin succinate, talk to your healthcare provider before taking other medicines.
