Side Effects of Pramipexole ER

In clinical studies, commonly reported pramipexole ER side effects included drowsiness, nausea, and constipation. In most cases, these reactions are minor and easily treated. However, contact your healthcare provider right away if you notice more serious symptoms, such as hallucinations, difficulty breathing, or vision changes.

If reactions do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or are treated easily by you or your healthcare provider.
