Methyltestosterone Capsule Side Effects

Only limited information is available about possible side effects of methyltestosterone capsules. However, based on side effects reported with similar drugs, this medicine may cause acne, headaches, and facial and body hair growth. In most cases, reactions to this drug are minor and easily treated. However, medical attention may be needed if you develop problems like depression, vomiting, or changes in skin color.

Just like any medicine, methyltestosterone capsules (Testred®) can cause side effects. However, not everyone who takes the medication will have problems. In fact, most people tolerate it quite well. If side effects do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or are treated easily by you or your healthcare provider.

(This article covers many, but not all, of the possible side effects with methyltestosterone capsules. Your healthcare provider can discuss a more complete list with you.)
