If you do not take your dose as scheduled, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, simply skip the one you missed and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose.

Can I Buy Generic Colcrys?
Colcrys is not available in generic form (see Generic Colcrys). You may see the unapproved colchicine products referred to as being generic, but this is not an accurate description, since unapproved (and therefore unregulated) drugs cannot technically be considered to be generic versions.
