Paroxetine (Paxil, Paxil CR)
Paroxetine may increase the level of galantamine in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects. Check with your healthcare provider before taking paroxetine with galantamine.
 
Theophylline (Uniphyl, Theocron, TheoCap, Theo-24, Elixophyllin)
Galantamine can increase the level of theophylline in your blood, causing problems. If you take theophylline and galantamine together, your healthcare provider should monitor the level of theophylline in your blood and adjust your theophylline dosage as necessary.
