An Introduction to Side Effects of Extended-Release Gabapentin
Just like any medicine, extended-release gabapentin

Serious Extended-Release Gabapentin Side Effects
Some side effects of this drug are potentially serious and should be reported immediately to your healthcare provider. These include but are not limited to:
- Suicidal thoughts or actions
- Severe dizziness, confusion, or coordination problems that do not improve with time (as you become accustomed to the medication)
- Signs of an allergic reaction, such as:
- An unexplained rash
- Swelling of the mouth or throat
- Difficulty breathing.
