How to Use Testosterone Enanthate

If your healthcare provider has prescribed testosterone enanthate (Delatestryl®), you may have questions about how to use it. This medication comes in the form of an injection that is given once every two to four weeks. It is typically injected into the gluteal muscle.
You can administer your own injections if you prefer. However, the injections can also be given by a family member, friend, or healthcare provider. If you do decide to give the injections at home, you will need to purchase needles and syringes separately. Your pharmacist can help you choose an appropriate needle gauge and length.
