Chronic Fatigue ReliefChronic fatigue relief requires that the cause of the chronic fatigue first be identified. Once your doctor is able to identify the cause of the chronic fatigue, he or she will be able to recommend treatment. Certain medications can exaggerate symptoms of fatigue, and in some cases chronic pain can lead to sleep disturbances that may result in chronic fatigue. Some people may find chronic fatigue relief by doing things such as going to bed and waking up at the same times each day, avoiding caffeine later in the day, and exercising regularly at least three hours before bedtime.
