Available Strengths

Each vial contains 0.285 mL of aflibercept, with a concentration of 40 mg per mL. This amount is just enough for one 0.05-mL dose of the medication; it is impossible to remove every last drop of a medication in a vial, so there is always some overfill.

If you need treatment in both eyes, you will need one vial for each eye; the same vial cannot be used for two eyes.
